FDA’s traceback investigation identified a single lot of organic moringa leaf powder linked to illnesses in this outbreak. This lot is from Vallon Farmdirect PVT LTD of Johdpur, India, and labeled Batch No.: VFD/ORG/MORP/L/24 with best by date (BBD) of November 2027.
