As of Friday afternoon, the Cumberland County Health Department announced that it had administered an estimated 3,000 doses of Hepatitis A immunizations to people who may have been exposed to the virus at a Fayetteville, North Carolina Olive Garden.

The health department’s free clinic at 1235 Ramsey Street administered immunizations on Saturday morning and plans
