The health department will be offering the free shots at their clinic at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane until 4:00PM today. So far, Lubbock health officials have immunized approximately 2,300 people. That does not include individuals who may have received the shot in a different county or state or from their primary care physician.
