August Marinepolis Sushi Land Unknown 2011

The Marinepolis Sushi Land Restaurant, in Bellevue, Washington, was closed after two separate patients developed Salmonellosis. The restaurant was a conveyor belt style sushi restaurant.

February Sushi King Restaurant California Rolls 2006

In February, Benton County Health Unit, Arkansas, received a report of an large outbreak of gastroenteritis. The investigation eventually associated the illnesses with recently eating at the Sushi King Restaurant.

December Raw Ahi Tuna (Poke) 2010

Confirmed cases of Salmonella Paratyphi B have been linked to the consumption of imported, raw, ahi tuna at various locations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The product was said to have originated from Asia, and was previously frozen.

August Massachusetts Restaurant Raw Tuna or Bass Fish 2008

A confirmed outbreak of Salmonella Barranquilla occurred among people who had eaten raw tuna or bass fish at a restaurant in Massachusetts.

October Raw Ahi Tuna (Poke) 2007

Consumption of reviously frozen, raw, ahi tuna was linked to an outbreak of Salmonella Paratyphi B on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Additional cases were identified in Colorado and California. The tuna had been sent from Indonesia to a U.S. mainland.

October Washington Restaurant Tuna Salad 2007

A confirmed outbreak of Salmonella Sandiego was linked to eating tuna salad at a restaurant in Washington State.
