The Rhode Island Department of Health has just updated the case count in the DeFusco’s Salmonella outbreak: 

• 64 Cases Total (63 in Rhode Island, 1 in Massachusetts)
• 27 Hospitalizations
• 24 people discharged from the hospital; 3 still hospitalized
• 36 Lab-confirmed Salmonella
• 1 Salmonella lawsuit
