Below is the CDC’s epi curve showing the onset dates of confirmed illnesses in the Bravo Farms gouda cheese E. coli O157:H7 outbreak.  Most of the 38 confirmed cases became ill in the middle of October, likely because that’s when the Bravo Farms gouda was most widely available–i.e. during the "cheese road show."  But some people became ill afterward.  The CDC’s numbers on this outbreak were last updated on November 24, 2010.  When will we see the final CDC summary on the cheese E. coli outbreak?
